Once upon a time there was a little girl who wanted to make things. She colored and drew, painted and banged nails, and knit mittens, and made granny squares. When she became a grown up, she played with yarn every day and crocheted and crocheted and crocheted. She wrote and designed and edited and published too, all with a hook in hand, surrounded by colorful piles of yarn. Now that she lives on a tropical island, she walks to the beach and crochets there.
